Apple Watch activity 

Each day I have three separate rings to complete in my Apple Watch. 

Red measures movement and records calories burnt during the day. My daily target is 650

Green measures exercise and will only record activity once your heart rate is above a certain level. So for example a 30 minute walk won’t complete you daily exercise ring if it’s not a sufficiently quick tempo.

And the blue ring is a measurement of standing. You must stand up and move around for a period every hour for 12 separate hours each dAy to complete this ring.
