Feeling like shit bit still training 

I had my first post-Christmas PT session today, I’ve also got a stinking head cold and cough. However, with a lot of encouragement from Leslie I made it through a really tough session. 

Squatting 50kgs (15 x 5 sets)

Bench pressing 35kgs (10 x 5 sets)

Press-ups 10 x 5 sets

Overhead press (15kgs plus ez bar) 15 x 5

Lateral raises 5kgs x 10 x 5

And dumbbell curls and seated overhead dumbbell tricep extension (I cant remember exactly) 5kgs x 10 x 5 sets

The tricep dips to finish (I managed about 35 in one minute).

I feel relieved I got through it and kind of proud I didn’t wimp out because of my cold.
