Fitness and Training

I’ve started training again. I’ll discuss it in more detail in another post after I’ve sought permission from my PT. 

I’ve been pleased with my progress, we’re Concentrating on strength work at the moment: squats, bench press, press-ups, deadlifts, dumbbell curls and arnies. I’m a moan-y bitch at times but the reality is I’m loving it. 

Although I’ve been to Germany for Christmas I kept moving and burning some calories walking every day. I also kept a diary of my alcohol consumption during my time away.
