Wrecked

Today’s session was completely new stuff....


(1) jumping alternative lunges 
(2) jumping squats
(3) Bulgarian split squat
(4) bar bell press 12 reps / 3 rounds
(5) chin pull-up 
(6) hexagonal bar deadlift (40 kgs plus bar, 20 reps / 3 rounds)
